Late entries will taken up until sale day and details will be available on this page for download.

Entries are $40 per pony which covers all costs, catalogue, advertising, setting up & clean up etc - you just have to provide the catalogue entry details and turn up with your pony on sale day.

We will be running the sale under the Helmsman system as this makes for a relaxed, stress free sale for buyers, vendors & ponies, but we will also be setting up a sale ring where vendors can choose to parade their ponies if they would like to.

We are also setting aside some room for people to have trade or gear stalls. There will be a small charge of $10 per site. Preferably BYO table but we may be able to supply a small number if needed.
